How to Become an SEZ Participant?

Required package of documents
The SEZ participant may choose any method of financial security, including a combination of several methods.
If the legal entity is not a resident of the Republic of Kazakhstan and not registered as a taxpayer in Kazakhstan at the time of submission, a copy of a certificate of non-registration as a taxpayer with the state revenue authorities must be provided.
Foreign legal entities must provide legalized documents listed in points 2), 4), and 5) of the first part of this section, a legalized extract from the trade registry, or another legalized document confirming that the foreign legal entity is recognized as a legal entity under the laws of its home country, along with a notarized translation into Kazakh and Russian.
