Almaty Invest Strengthens Ties with the Business Community of Southeast Asian Countries

On February 24, Almaty Invest held a meeting with Serik Amirov, Special Representative of the Foreign Trade Chamber of the Republic of Kazakhstan in ASEAN countries.
During the discussions, Serik Amirov emphasized the strategic importance of deepening cooperation between ASEAN countries and Kazakhstan, highlighting the potential for expanding transport routes and stimulating economic growth.
As a result of the meeting, an agreement was reached to hold an online B2B session with Thai business representatives in March 2026, support previously discussed projects with Vietnamese partners, and jointly prepare visits of delegations from Southeast Asian countries in March–April 2026.
