BUSINESS VISIT OF THE ALMATY DELEGATION TO CHENGDU 🇰🇿🇨🇳

At the instruction of the Akim of Almaty, the leadership of Almaty Invest carried out a working visit to Chengdu aimed at developing investment cooperation.

During the visit, meetings were held with the Minister of Industry of Chengdu, the Association of Entrepreneurs, and major regional businesses. Industrial and innovative projects, the expansion of trade and economic ties, and new partnership formats were discussed.

Agreements were reached on joint work in the fields of investment and trade.

The Chinese side expressed interest in the master plans for Almaty’s political centers, and plans were made for the construction of facilities that will become attractions for tourism.

At Almaty’s invitation, a large-scale exhibition with the participation of over 100 leading Chengdu companies is planned for August — an important step in strengthening business ties between the cities.

Almaty continues its systematic work to attract foreign investment.
