ALMATY–SHANGHAI BUSINESS FORUM

A large-scale “Almaty–Shanghai” Business Forum was held with the participation of the Mayor of Almaty and the Mayor of Shanghai.
The forum became a key platform for the development of trade, economic, and investment cooperation between the two megacities, as well as for strengthening the strategic partnership between Kazakhstan and China.
As part of the event, a number of strategically significant memorandums and agreements were signed aimed at implementing investment projects across various sectors of the economy. The total volume of announced investments exceeded USD 2.7 billion.
