ALMATY STRENGTHENS BUSINESS TIES WITH SICHUAN PROVINCE

Almaty Invest held a meeting with a delegation representing industrial and manufacturing-trade companies from Chengdu, Sichuan Province, People’s Republic of China.
During the meeting, the parties discussed prospects for expanding bilateral cooperation in the fields of industrial equipment, mechanical engineering, energy, construction machinery, as well as trade and investment cooperation.
Representatives of Almaty Invest presented Almaty’s investment potential, government support measures available to investors, and opportunities for production localization within the city. The discussion also covered the expansion of manufacturing capacities, the establishment of joint ventures, and the implementation of investment projects based on Almaty’s industrial infrastructure.
Following the meeting, both sides expressed interest in further strengthening partnership relations and advancing joint initiatives.
