TÜRKIYE AND ALMATY: A COURSE TOWARDS NEW INVESTMENTS

Representatives of Almaty Invest held a meeting with the Consulate General of the Republic of Türkiye in Almaty to discuss prospects for expanding investment cooperation and implementing joint projects.

During the meeting, Almaty Invest presented the city’s investment potential, available government support measures for investors, and promising sectors for production localization, including the manufacturing of household appliances.

The Turkish side expressed its readiness to facilitate a visit by leading manufacturers, including Beko, to explore opportunities for implementing investment projects in Almaty. In addition, interest was expressed in the development of international-standard hotel projects.

Following the meeting, both parties reaffirmed their mutual commitment to strengthening business ties and further expanding investment cooperation between Almaty and Türkiye.
